A Word from Leadership

Navigating This Season Together

RCC is entering a season of transition. After many faithful years of leading and shepherding our community, Ps John Toh will be retiring at the end of June. We give thanks for his service, his love for the church, and his faithfulness over the years.

At the same time, we are grateful to welcome Ps Jireh Chee, who joined us in April, and Ps Cindy Gan, who joins us this month. Together with Rev Dr Adam Lim and our Elders, they will continue to shepherd RCC through this season and beyond.

As we journey through this season together, we recognise that many of you may have questions, hopes, and concerns. The Pastors and Elders would like to invite you to a combined fellowship lunch on 5 July 2026, a space to get to know the pastoral team and elders, and ask questions.

Questions We've Heard

Here are some questions members have been asking. We hope these help as you prepare for the session.

Will Ps John still be around after his retirement? What are his plans?

Yes! Ps John will continue to serve as our Missions Pastor in an itinerant role. We will partner him in his ministry as he serves beyond the walls of the church. He will still be around, and has made himself available for pulpit ministry at Revival Centre Church, so you will definitely hear more from him!

How will the English Congregation be led? Will we have a new Senior Pastor?

The Council of Elders, comprising Elder Clarence, Elder Alan and Rev Dr Adam, will continue to serve as the spiritual leadership of Revival Centre Church. Rev Dr Adam will continue to lead and serve the Chinese congregation. For our English congregation, Ps Jireh and Ps Cindy will serve and lead together. We will trust the Lord for the future. In His time, and as He leads, we believe God will raise up a new Senior Pastor.

About the Session

This is an informal, open gathering. Not a formal AGM or business meeting. Come as you are.

Combined Congregations

Members from all three congregations are invited.

Open Dialogue

Ask questions, share your hopes, or simply listen. All questions are welcome — there are no wrong ones.

Submit Questions Early

Pre-submit your questions when you register so the pastoral team can prepare thoughtful responses.

Fellowship Lunch

Share a meal together. Lunch will be provided for all registered attendees.
